Kids Camp: June (Ages 13 to 17) (Virtual)

During these 5 days, we’ll bake a variety of fun and tasty treats, while learning about the science of baking along the way!
Please note: this class requires a stand mixer or electric hand mixer.
Day 1 Recipes: Pita, Tortillas
Day 2 Recipes: Basic Muffins, Strawberry Shortcakes
Day 3 Recipes: Challah Starbread
Day 4 Recipes: Tart Pastry, Pastry Cream (Fresh Fruit Tart)
Day 5 Recipe: Victoria Sponge Cake
We’re having Kid’s Camp all summer long! We’ll have a unique week for each of the two age groups for June, July, and August. Participants bake along with our team of instructors for a week of fun, learning, and delicious baked goods. Once you register, you’ll receive the recipes and ingredient and equipment lists. We’ll email the Zoom link approximately one hour before class. For the safety of your kids, a responsible adult should always be nearby to supervise and provide assistance if needed. Please note, virtual classes are non-refundable.
