Immerse yourself in this two-day class on all things pie and tart. In this class, we’ll work through 5 types of pastry crusts, and then elevate them into different and delicious products, both sweet and savory. Learn how to make a flaky double crust pie filled with juicy peaches and raspberries. A quiche made of roasted tomatoes and asparagus combined with a rich creamy custard is bound to become a new favorite. We'll unlock the mystery of a hot water crust and fill it with delicious creamy chicken and mushroom filling. After these two days, you’ll have the confidence to recreate not just what you learned in class but to experiment and explore a variety of pie and tart possibilities in your own kitchen!
