Spring & Summer Macaron (Vermont)
Come spend the day exploring the art of Italian-style macarons in this immersive, hands-on class. You’ll create two standout flavors: a decadent s’mores macaron with a graham cracker shell, dipped in milk chocolate and filled with toasted homemade marshmallow fluff, and a bright, summery strawberry rhubarb macaron filled with white chocolate ganache and a layer of strawberry rhubarb gelée.
