Advanced Laminated Techniques (Washington State)

Ready to go beyond the basic repertoire of laminated pastries? Spend 3 days with us and create 3 specialty doughs that are as beautiful as they are delicious. You’ll learn to shape classic Croissants with a fabulous, flaky bi-color dough, and braid a laminated Brioche into cardamon-scented buns. The versatility of Reverse Puff Pastry will impress you when we bake it into both sweet and savory filled delights.
