Baking with Rye Flours (Washington State)
Join us for 4 hours of exploration into the world of rye. We’ll bake our way through the three most common types of rye flour you’ll find; Pumpernickel Flour, Medium Rye Flour, and White Rye Flour. We’ll discuss what can make rye so difficult to work with, as well as cover some tips and tricks to help you welcome this often dismissed grain into your baking repertoire.
