Magic of Wild Yeast: Sourdough (Vermont)
Learn techniques for baking with sourdough, as well as how to achieve the degree of flavor you prefer. This class will cover care and feeding of sourdough starters, shaping, slashing, and steam baking of traditional sourdough boules.
You will go home with a ball of dough to bake the next day. Please consider bringing a cooler along to transport your dough if you live further away.
