International Breads 12-5 pm (Washington State)
Come explore the wide world of bread. We'll bake a cheese-filled flatbread from Georgia, a spiced rye loaf from Sweden, a sesame-coated bagel-like delight from Turkey, and so much more! We’ll learn about the origins of these breads, and all kinds of baking techniques, from an assortment of mixing methods, to a variety of fun shapes, to different approaches to the final bake.
